Definitely a scam. They charge $89 USD for an Australian visa that you can obtain for $20 AUD ($13.20 USD)! There is no "rush service" needed because the official process is pretty much immediate.

As of 03/10/2024, you can only apply for your Australian tourist visa (subclass 601) through the "Australian ETA" app. Don't believe me? It says so directly on the Australia.com "Australia Visa and Entry Requirement FAQs."

I applied for my visa through the app and was granted it immediately.

Don't be taken in by this predatory website.

J'ai fait une demande d'annulation et de remboursement qui a bien entendu été refusé. Faites très attention à toujours vérifier les avis avant d'utiliser un service. C'est misérable ce type de site, il mériterait d'être fermé par Google. Shame on you.

Applied for 90 days Vietnam Visa, paid 200 (overpriced) dollars. Visa wasn‘t approved for 90 days but only 30. Wrote 10 emails asking for the reason (probably a mistake on their side, I talked to an immigration officer that told me it was the agencies fault). Asked for a refund many times but was either not answered or brushed off with the same excuse (we forwarded to the concerned team. Very sketchy and not trustworthy at all. Also fake reviews on their website.

Update: After writing this review I finally got half of the money back

Hugely overpriced Egypt Holliday visa's. Do not buy from this website. jsdimmigrations.com. They charged me over $90 per person for a "rush Visa" service that is totally unnecessary. Don't panic buy last minute like I did. You don't need to; you can simply buy a visa on arrival at Hurghada Airport for $25. We saw no long queues at the sales desks, those that bough on arrival got though passport control not more than a few minutes after we did. Sharing info as a Lesson learned.

It is a scam. They do not deliver your visa as they promise, and even failed, they refuse to refund for it. I paid $188 for 2 hours Australia visa but didn't hear an update for 24 hours. It's the worst. Like some other post says here, they made their web like the official ETA site to confuse people. I first used my phone and I did not have intention to use an agency but accidentally clicked into it after googling.

JSD Immigrations was very helpful and responsive in managing two visa appllcations to India for me, as well as cancelling one of them. HOWEVER, it was a fraudulent website (indiaesvisaservices.com), posing as the official India E-visa site, that sent these applications to JSD for processing and charged me a fortune. My fault for not investigating thoroughly! In any case, it's unfortunate that JDS does business with companies like this and I hope they will exercise some control over these kind of scams in the future. Again, I have no complaint with JSD, who were extremely helpful and professional.

I had my vietnam visa rejected at the airport as my passport number was incorrect.

I had to return home and I decided to try for a rush processing from JSDIMMIGRATIONS. A visa for vietnam costs 25 $. I was asked to pay 177$ which I did hoping to receive a visa. I was told it would not be processed the next two days (weekend) and take 48-72 hrs. I changed my flight paid again. Yet I was never updated. I wrote around 12 Mails which were always answered with a standard reply we have applied.

I called their delhi office and begged nothing.

If a consultant charges the least one expects is a response and support. Today they completed 72hrs. I have no visa I lost around $600 plus as I had to cancel hotels, flights trains and yet no response. I would suggest one not rely on such consultants and save the agony of not only losing money on flights etc but on visa services that don't exist.

This company shows up on my Google search when I tried to apply for my Australian ETA recently. Being a newbie, I paid US$89 for the ETA instead of only A$20 through the Australian govt. website, which I found out later through another search. Also, they are not transparent enough to tell you in what currency that $89 is going to be, until you paid up.

Planned on going to Brisbane yet forgot to apply for ETA. I was already in the airport so I had no choice but to choose rush service which said would take about 0-2hour to issue, but I was done in like 30 min! Big appreciate!

Jason was the biggest help! I didn’t realize I needed an ETA to enter Aus until I got to the airport with not much time to spare. Anxiety settled in immediately but Jason came through with immediate assistance and literally got me approved on the last second to check my bags

This is the first time ever that I am writing a review for any kind of service or organization. I was in a situation where I was just 30 mins away from my departure time and missed getting the visa for Australia.
This service made my trip possible in less than 10 minutes.

We applied for an Australian eta. This site looks like an Australian government site. The fee was exorbitant and did not show the currency. Two eta, which should not have been more than about $20 Aud each, cost us $553 cdn. Not happy whatsoever!!

Didn’t know Canadians needed a visa for Australia until I was at the airport. 2 visas were issued for us in 20 minutes late at night. Lifesaver
