Js Dental Lab charged me only ONE dollar and sent me the kit to get the impression. Is there any hidden charge that I am not aware of? I am in the process and unable to evaluate the full service of the dental lab.

Very professional and friendly customer service. My dentist had told me that the dental guards made by JS Dental are just as good as the ones you get from your own dentist except at a much better price. That is a true statement. I have ordered twice from JS Dental and have been very pleased with the results.

This is one of the best companies to receive a nighty dental guard from. The personnel assisted me by sending me new gel and they kept in touch not only before making the night guard molding, but after I received it to make sure I didn’t have any issues. They answered all of my questions and it is the best company to get night guard or any dental products from. I completely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a night guard as well.

The first time I ordered from JS, I had no problems. Unfortunately, this time around is completely different. I first initiated this order in December of 2024 and still don't have a guard to wear as of April 2025. Each time I email or text, the response takes a week. There have been multiple mix-ups on their end. And when the mold was finally received by them, it took a month to create. The adjustments are at least another month. The staff are nice, and I think their intentions are good, but if they can't increase staff, they should at least give customers a head's up that turn-arounds take MONTHS.

I received my kit in the mail and promptly completed my mold. I texted the business per the instructions and it’s been four days with no response. I have emailed customer service, I have texted the number provided, and I have chatted with the bot. Nothing. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I recommend JS Dental.
They accommodated my custom setup, a soft extra thin guard covering my 8 bottom teeth. This is the only fit that i can sleep with at night. It took some time -- but they saw it through to success!

I just received my new upper mouth guard. It is the BEST mouthguard I have ever used. Two nights of blissful sleep, yay! And no sore jaw!
Highly recommend getting your dentist to scan your mouth so you can send that file to JS Dental Labs. I did that, and it is a perfect fit. The scan cost me $110, so with the guard, I still saved $250 as my dentist was going to charge me $500 for the mouthguard.
I had to delay the scan due to a new crown going in but the customer support was very understanding. They were responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered the dental guard and the mold kit arrived quickly. I did my mold yesterday morning and submitted an image via text and email and have gotten no response in now almost two days. I have been having pretty bad pain from TMJ and was hoping this would be faster than finding a dentist, but so far I am very disappointed.

I have been a JS customer for years and they have the best customer service around. Plus they offer excellent products. Their night guards are durable, custom-made and much, much less expensive than those in dental offices. Plus, you can fit them from the the comfort of your home. I highly and unreservedly recommend JS Dental for their products and service.

Customer service has been fantastic. The entire process was supported as needed. The actual Mouthguard I received is better and more comfortable than any other brand I have had in 20 years of wearing a mouthguard. I highly recommend this Mouthguard and this company.

On top of a great product, the customer service is exceptional. This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering from them and I have been pleased every time. The dental guard I ordered was custom to just the top, front teeth due to my clenching (allowing the top and bottom molars to have a gap between them). The guard is cushiony and comfortable, as well as durable enough to last multiple years.

I've ordered several night guards from this awesome company over a few years. I've had some issues doing impressions. It was a bit annoying having to do multiple impressions and sending them back sinceI just didn't quite get them right. JS Dental is utterly committed to making you the perfect night guards. They won't make them until they are satisfied with your impressions. I truly appreciate this level of perfectionism in their products. I am extremely happy with the guards ordered from them.

Their customer service is about as good as customer service goes. They've always answered my concerns promptly with utmost compassion and courtesy. Their founder, Dylan Hao, is a gem of a human being. This gets really reflected in the type of service you get from staff.
I've ordered the 3D 3mm nightguard which is thicker and is super comfy. They also have daytime versions which are thinner but truth be told I have used them when out partying. If you know, you know:) Kids, protect your teeth when you're out having fun! Wish I have worn night guards 20 years ago. My teeth would have been saved. Probably everyone could use a night guard but just don't realize it.

When my hygienist suggested that I could save myself $800 by NOT getting my mouthguard made by the dentist and gve me the JS Dental Lab website, I was skeptical. But the whole process was great. The molds were easy to make and send back and they checked in throughout the process, adjusting the timing of my billing to accommodate design delays.

This is my second night guard in several years and I can attest that Dylan, the owner is fully committed to providing excellence and great customer service. He's demonstrated many times over that he is hands on in every aspect of the business — his goal is to offer 100% customer satisfaction. He and his team truly care about folks like me and they've exceeded my expectations.

I, for one refuse to pay $600+ to get a mouth guard (for day or night) from a dentist. I feel blessed that this service exists.

The saying "You get what you pay for DOES NOT apply here. You get a well-made, high quality product, including essentials (brush, case, etc.) at an extremely reasonable price!

Regardless that the process may take 3-4 weeks, I highly recommend JS Dental Lab, they go beyond the call of duty to provide a great, comfortable mouth guard that fits properly — it's definitely worth it!

I first sought out JS Dental Lab because my dentist’s office charged way too much for my night guard and a competing online dental lab only offered impression trays in one size that didn’t reach my molars. Dylan responded personally to my initial online inquiry and assured me that they could produce a night guard that would fit completely and even gave me guidance on which product to select. The process of creating an impression was a bit daunting, but Dylan has created a detailed video that guides you through the process and made it easy to create a satisfactory impression. The completed night guard fits great and I think it feels better than the one made originally by my dentist’s office. I’m 100% satisfied and pleased to have found JS Dental Lab.

I purchased from JS Dental, did my molds, and quickly received a pretty good nightguard. I reached out with concerns about pressure in one area and the founder, Dylan, wrote back personally!

They explained this was normal, but provided postage to send it back for fine-tuning. Once we got it tuned a couple times, the guard is now a perfect fit for less than half of what my local DDS charges.

I bought 2 guards the first fit perfectly but my new puppy got ahold of it. It should have been under warranty. I took a new mold and said I had discomfort in the front. I have 13 crowns so it’s risky even going a night without because I clench my teeth and could fracture one of my restorations . Angela who helped me was really concerned about getting the guard back so she can throw it in the dumpster rather than helping me with a new guard.
