Good continuity
I initially had trouble paying for the rail passes, but I think it had to do with my work site's internet. Later, when I tried from home, all my information was saved and it was easy to do.

I used the pass for a longer trip around Japan and it made getting from place to place much easier. The ordering process was simple, everything arrived on time and the instructions were clear form the start. I also appreciated having everything organised in advance instead of worrying about buying separate tickets for each journey. Overall it made travelling y train much more convenient and took a lot of stress out of planning the trip

We bought our Japan Rail Passes for a two-week trip through Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima and the whole experience was much easier than we expected. Ordering through the website was simple, the passes arrived on time before our trip, and the instructions explained clearly what we needed to do once we got to Japan. We also had a question about seat reservations before travelling and customer service replied quickly and was really helpful. Once in japan, using the pass made travelling between cities much simpler and saved us from having to organise separate tickets for every journey. Everything worked smoothly from start to finish and we felt much more prepared for the trip. I´d definetely use this web again for another trip to Japan.

I had some fixable difficulties ordering
I had some difficulties in the Firefox web browser, but in Edge I could continue and finish my order.
Being in Japan for over 21 days, I had to add (clone) myself again as a second passenger. Since the FAQ mentioned: "You can then choose the first day you wish to start using it by telling the member of staff."
I guess that will not be an issue, but it would be nice to see it back in the FAQ.
Otherwise I would rate them four stars.
@Team JRailPass.com: Thanks for your reaction and support here!
I already successfully placed my order, I just had some difficulty's with the browser and cloning myself ;o)
