Joy Everley Fine Jewellers Anmeldelser

Over the years I have built up a collection of Joy Everley pieces.
They are beautiful and have received many compliments.
My whole experience with Joy Everley Fine Jewellers, in every respect, has been excellent.
Enjoy!

Thrilled with my lovely seahorse and pearl necklace

I love Joys pieces. Speedy delivery and beautifully packed with a thoughtful bag and wrapping paper. Thank you Joy

Kind and amazing customer service. Went above and beyond. The product itself was gorgeous.

Joy Everley makes the most beautiful jewellery. I am lucky enough to have two of her necklace and earring sets. I ordered some earrings online but unfortunately they are a little too big for my personal taste. I emailed and asked if I could return them and received a prompt and helpful reply stating that there was absolutely no problem and a pre-paid envelope would be sent for the return. Would thoroughly recommend.

Beautifully wrapped and a piece that exceeded my high expectations, very pleased with the purchase and experience

Having searched extensively Joy came up with exactly what I wanted in solid gold at the right price. Delivery was very speedy at no extra cost and the packaging was a revelation in quality and presentation, I'm chuffed to bits.

Ordered a silver necklace (hedgehog, for a hedgehog lover), and very pleased. Lovely design, good quality feel and reasonably priced, added to being nicely boxed/presented, and also sent swiftly and securely packaged. Can’t ask for any more really. Can certainly recommend, highly.

Great dealing with JE. Very good quality. I bought the pine cone & have now ordered the 4 leaf clover. Highly recommend this company.

Quick response to my email query and arrived swiftly. Beautifully packaged and wonderful jewellery 😊👍

A beautifully made pendant. Delivery was very fast and equally beautiful gift packaging was provided. A lot of care taken by Joy Everley. Very pleased

Lovely necklace which arrived beautifully wrapped. I was also personally contacted to check the length of chain was correct.
Excellent customer service and quality jewellery.

Excellent service and very prompt delivery. Delighted with the Pearl pendant and earrings.I was given a dark silver owl and little gold heart pendant for a special birthday a couple of years ago and they are firm favourites.

Love, love, love Joy Everley - fantastic service, packaging and beautiful goods. Always happy to find an excuse to place an order!

Excellent service as always. Pleasure to shop here.

As with every item purchased this bracelet was loved by my fiancee. Very helpful on the phone prior to purchase and the item was sento out quickly and very well packaged. Many thanks

Excellent on all fronts. The charm I ordered was a beautiful design and wonderful quality. It was packaged beautifully, arrived speedily and came with a miniature silver polishing cloth. Thank you all at Joy Everley.

All Joy Everley’s pieces are of excellent quality and this was no exception. I’ve only ever bought from her shop so buying online was not ideal as I like to see the pieces for myself. However her website is very detailed and as a previous customer I knew I needn’t worry about the quality. Communication was a little slow and I had to call to ask when my item was being despatched. When I received it I was delighted and my expectations were exceeded. Included was a gift box and bag, tissue and jewellery wipe, all of which was much appreciated as it was a gift for a friend. I also had a hand written note from Joy thanking me for my order. Lovely personal touches.

Amazing craftsmanship! I had a bespoke piece made and am delighted with Joy’s work. Even the packaging is special. I can’t recommend Joy enough!

Brilliant service. Ring arrived next day. So helpful. Great quality.
