I bought a very special ring recently and I couldn't be happier. They also included a very touching handwritten note in the packaging. The quality of their work is outstanding.

My experience with Joy Everly is very positive. It is such an easy process buying from the website. I have bought a couple of things from Joy Everly online and have found it a breeze each time. Because I live in Australia I have not yet received my purchase but I know I will love it as I do my other pieces of jewellery.

Only fault was Royal Mail delivering to next door even though I was in. This is not my first purchase from Joy Everley. Every time I have purchased from you either at the London store or online my partner has been overjoyed. You have such a lovely selection of silver pieces which is important to me as my partner is allergic to gold. They are all such beautiful designs at a keen price.

I emailed Joy Everly and asked about a particular charm, to see if they did it singularly and without a chain and they emailed straight back with a link. The charm is lovely as are all of the many I already have, it came really quickly, very nicely presented as per usual and a really nice hand written personalised note, as per usual.

Arrived on time and beautifully packaged. Only problem was one of the charms was not the one ordered.

I bought a gold signet ring, engraved with initials, for my daughter. The ring was to celebrate her gaining her commission as an officer at Sandhurst. I didn't know her ring size and as this was to be surprise I needed to discuss my best option with the jewellers.
I had to buy online as there were no decent jewellers near to where I live. I found Joy Everley after a lot is searching online and was not disappointed. The customer service was outstanding and communication throughout the transaction was excellent. The ring is beautiful and my daughter is delighted with it. I would be more than happy to reccomend them.

Excellent ordering process, absolutely love the packaging, you can tell a lot of care goes into these products, love the hand written note too! I loved Joy Everley as a shop and I'm so glad I get to love it as an online store too! They also included a gift bag in the order which is really thoughtful as it is actually a gift for my mother.
