I needed at least 16 curtain panels and Amazon did not have the stock to fulfill the order in one purchase. This created a greater possibility of dye-lot differences. Also, I ran into issues of pre-made sizing not being ideal after new flooring reduced the ceiling-to-floor distance while trying to maintain ideal full length curtains without them pooling on the floor.

Then I discovered that Joydeco offers custom length curtains and swatches. This option helps me to order the fabrics samples in advance to commitment of custom-made curtains. This greatly reduced my dye-lot concern while also letting me obtain exactly what the length I needed for the look I was after.

Overall, I am very pleased and full good about my Joydeco purchase.

I wouldn’t consider myself super handy and these shades were SO easy to install which for me was the best part! Not to mention that they completely transformed my space into the most luxurious looking living room while still at an affordable price point.

I ordered black-out blinds that required no hardware and they arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I very happy with my purchase!

Have ordered twice now and have been very pleased both times. I have a couple of odd sizes, and they came exactly to size. Also the quality of the fabric and sewing has been great, especially for the price.

Update: the company contacted me right away and offered to send new blinds and not having to return the other blinds. They have been in daily contact with me to make sure I’m 100 % happy. This is really great, hard to find customer service and I’m very happy with everything they have offered to make me happy. Hoping the blinds will correct themselves over the next two days. Just be careful when ordering blackout and white regular blinds. The grey tint didn’t really show on the website. Overall, super fast shipping, great customer service and I’m so glad to have found these no nail installing. 5 minute install.

Didn’t realize if product was defective that customer paid for return shipping. I would not recommend this company at all. The blinds are crooked with left side not retracting all the way up. I also didn’t realize ordering white blinds that I would receive a gray tinted blind. Total waste of time and money. This is not good customer service when you don’t stand behind your product.

I enjoyed choosing the color, height, width, rod style and darkness level; the complete personalization process, though limited in scope, made it feel like ordering one-of-a-kind luxury goods. A first-rate experience, and the speed of delivery was delightful!

We wanted to try out the Zebra Linen blinds but did not get samples. The color was well represented online and fits the window perfectly. We opted for the cordless option. The blinds open and close with little effort as well. The quality is solid, and they installed very easily.
