First off lets start out by how amazing the product is! on time just as shipping had promised. customer service was easy fast and effective when I called, they handled my questions just as id like. Shipping times are not accurate
Shipping times are not accurate. 8-12 business days as of November 9th and as of today December 9 it still shows unfulfilled and the tracking I was finally given after asking for it hasn't move since November 22.
Customer service is poor. Response time to inquiries is days and not helpful with information.

This business is amazing, the delivery time was astonishing coming within 8 days. I'm surprised the jewelry doesn't cost twice the price I will definitely be going back and buying more of the jewelry for friends and family.
