Joshua James Anmeldelser

Very professional team, dedicated to achieve the right outcome, responsive and displaying excellent integrity. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business again with the team. Big thank you to Callum and the entire team.

We are absolutely overjoyed with the product and service from ‘Joshua James’.
From the initial contact with Chris advising on the best door option to go with; bifold or sliding - opted for sliding; the updates from Calum, the site visit for measurements and to the lovely guys who fitted the doors (apologies I didn’t get their names - but they were very good with my dogs).
They look so so good, we’ve had them in just over a month and have had some lovely comments from family and friends.
I would not hesitate in recommending you guys and using you again.

Service is fantastic. With slight bumps in the road, communication was superb throughout. You and the team ensured we were updated at every opportunity and went above and beyond to ensure that the product was of a high quality and that we were happy throughout the whole process.

The doors themselves look incredible. Fitted well considering the natural oak beam came with challenges.

10/10- would highly recommend!

Such a great experience. The fire doors look great and are really good quality. Calum was so accommodating to my timelines and the installation team were very efficient on the day. I will definitely be recommending Joshua James and will be using them again if required.

Absolutely excellent work, I had a wonderful partition done in my studio flat and the team was absolutely brilliant, very professional and helpful and the work was literally 5*!!

Professional team, lovely doors, I’m very pleased with the look. I would only say that it was a long process as we started end of November with the survey and finished installation beginning of April.

Just had our interior glass doors fitted and they look stunning, and have totally transformed our living space. Joshua James have been great throughout the whole process. Particularly impressed with the team that surveyed and then installed the doors. Very professional, experts at what they do. The finish and quality are 100%. Great job!

Joshua James is a company you can trust to do a good job, The quality is better than we expected and fitted to a high standard. The price is comparable to other companies but the quality is very good.Overall a really good experience and excellent product.

Superb service from working up the design through to installation. The team were efficient, friendly and came fully armed with a 'can do' approach. Four door sets fully installed and looking great.

Glass crittal doors fitted - Extremely pleased with the product, it has surpassed my expectation and the installers and company were excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend them

Bifolding crittal doors made and fitted will to our satisfaction

I had been looking for a particular style of aluminum/glass doors for ages. When I found these guys they were super helpful in showing me what was available and what would look good. Though out the process they were polite, communicated well, always contactable and when it came to installation were careful and thoughtful about mess and the rest of my home. Definitely would recommend.

A professional experience from start to finish. I had a pair of critall doors fitted to my renovation a project in Salisbury and am thrilled with their appearance and quality. I would throughly recommend Joshua James.

We had 4 doors installed, some of which were fire doors. We are extremely happy with the product and the installation went very smoothly and quickly as well. Would definately recommend!

The team at Joshua James have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
My recommendation was via word of mouth having been conned into investing in steel doors from a sub-par company which ultimately became insolvent.
Having had a bad experience the first time, I was determined to find quality and value for money.
I’d sought multiple quotes from companies providing aluminium doors, premium wooden doors made to look like metal ones and other companies providing steel doors.
Joshua James had an exceptionally thorough and easy to use website with every case study available to review. I liked their story and how the company had progressed. Their long standing experience was clear.
They have a showroom so you can see the product and take samples away, but best of all, they will happily and knowledgeably answer any questions and talk you through the whole process from design, reviews and recommendations to final installation.
Upon my request, they gave me two beautiful options both of which would have looked gorgeous, but I ultimately went for traditional crittal style French doors with one set reeded.
I am truly delighted with the product and the overall finish. They have transformed our hallway and elevate each room perfectly.
These doors have decent sound proofing, are high quality and timeless. A perfect addition to any home or office. I absolutely assure any prospective customer that you will not be disappointed with Joshua James. They are a delight to work with.

We had an internal aluminium door made for us by Joshua James. We have had some issues with some suppliers (and with our builder!) but the JJ experience was absolutely flawless, as was the finished product. Not cheap - but you get what you pay for. If you can afford it, I would highly recommend them.

I would have no hesitation in using Joshua James again, as the service from the very start through to completing the install and along with the product it self is first class.

This is a company you can trust to do a good job, choose your doors and side panels. Wait just a few weeks for your doors to be made and then they are fitted to your chosen doorway. We are delighted with ours, so much so, we have ordered some more. The quality is better than we expected and were fitted to a high standard. The price is comparable to other companies but the quality is better.

Joshua James built and installed a new fireproof door with side panels for our newly refurbished living room. The door looks a feels stunning and very solid while doesnt have a heavy "feel". The installation team were great and very tidy. They also explained us what they were doind and documented the whole process with photos (as the door is fire rated) All in all - great experieence and a beautiul product!

Excellent product and extremely helpful throughout the process. I would certainly recommend.
