Jordan Fitness Anmeldelser

Excellent service provided , easy to place order and quality of product was first class. Would buy from this company again.

Brilliant equipment that always arrives quickly. I’ve been using it daily for over a year and have added a second set (as my first one kept being ‘borrowed’)
Can’t recommend Jordan fitness highly enough

Managed to get hold of the Ignite Pump X Urethane Studio Barbell Set when they were in stock. The communication was good and delivery pretty fast. The bar bell set is excellent! Looks great and really nice quality. Both the bar and the plates are nice to handle, very tactile. Works perfectly for my online pump classes at home. I would definitely buy from this company again and have already recommended the bar bell set to friends.

12 days to get the order to me. Not really the best service when the website says 3 to 5 working days for delivery. The reason was that they had too many orders to pack out hence the delay.

Excellent kit. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic service Now have more equipment at home since lock down than local gym! Perfect for keeping fit 🙏🏻 Plus excellent value for money and quality.

One of the best Gym kit suppliers in the UK. Exceptional customer service, robust strong kit what’s not to like . Highly recommend and 5 stars to Lauren in the Jordan sales team for her help. Looking forward to my next purchase. Thank you

Hello I was very pleased with the help I got the service was Exellent
Thanks Fred

Great product. Arrived on time. Quality 40kg kettlebell. Definitely recommend. Top service all round.

I received a great product at a very great price. The ordering process was easy and simple and the item was delivered fast. Great experience.

I ordered some Ignite V2 Urethane Discs. They are good quality discs at a decent price and arrived well packaged within the stipulated timeframe. I would order again from Jordan Fitness.

Really pleased with quality of weights and delivery service

I have been really happy with the service received from initial enquiry, explanation of the product and helping me to choose what I needed as ordering the correct kit can be a minefield. There have been delays however all was explained to me and in the current climate and with delivery issues in every sector I think this is the way things are at present. The people I have spoken to at Jordan are always cheerful and helpful and I would recommend their service and excellent quality products.

Prompt delivery, excellent service

Poor customer experience.
Feedback on experience requested before product even delivered.
Contact to customer service to request an update on expected delivery date was a generic vague response.
Recommendation to consider ways to provide clearer guidance on delivery timelines and product availability.
Perception from response from customer services did not take the care to look at the specific query and received a glib unconcerned response.
Hopeful that product lives up to expectations to improve overall perception.

Happy with the service, I had a query and it was sorted in quick time.
