Absolutely brilliant family team from Jones Moves. The guys were quick, efficient and very accommodating to anything we needed. I've heard and read the horror stories when moving but honestly, I couldn't fault anything. Just seamless from start to finish.

Hiring Jones Moves made our move so much easier! The guys were prompt, quick and efficient, they managed to load up most of the contents of our flat in under two hours and then deliver it all within an hour. So much smoother and easier than if we'd tried to do it ourselves. Thank you!

Jones Moves were incredible at rescuing us from a no show from another firm, but even without that the service provided cannot be faulted in any way.
We contacted Jones Moves after a removal company of ours failed to attend a pre-arranged booking at the last minute. They were nothing but helpful in the various communications during the relevant day where things were moving quickly, both on our side with the movers who failed to attend, and their side with the potential cancellation we were possibly able to fill.
I cannot thank Rosie enough for her regular, helpful communication and complete patience and understanding of the situation. When our original movers finally confirmed they had rebooked us for the following day I thanked Jones Moves for their help and that they would not be required. Following our removal company then again failing to turn up for a second day running I was able to book Jones Moves to bail us out. Within 2 hours they had mobilized a team with all packing materials and they were in my flat packing everything up. Within a further 4 hours they had completed the packing, removal to the new address and unpacking of the lorry- including a disassemble and reassemble of an outside table.
Every single item was wrapped properly and with care, not a thing was broken, scratched or damaged (with many fragile items being packed and moved) and at all times the team were professional, polite, courteous and incredibly efficient.
I cannot thank Jones Moves enough for bailing us out of an awful situation due to another company's failure, but notwithstanding that I cannot praise highly enough the quality of service given, let alone the fact it was arranged in only a couple of hours notice.
These guys have been fantastic and will be recommended as far and as wide as I can.

Really great company, I can’t rate them highly enough. Everyone I dealt with (Rosie on email and phone and the team who came to do the move) were all friendly, efficient and professional. When the completion time kept getting pushed back the team we accommodating and calm. I am so grateful they were all there to help because they made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
When we finally got into the new house they were quick and efficient with unloading the van and made sure everything ended up in the correct room, even after I changed my mind. They were careful with all my possessions and everything arrived in perfect condition.

We went for a packing service. Liam, Casey and Aaron were really friendly guys who clearly take pride in a job well done. They packed up our belongings with care and had the job done in half a day. An excellent service from start to finish. We are typically inclined to arrange things like this ourselves, but between being pregnant, moving our belongings from London to Warwickshire and into storage, and a midweek move when we were both working, we decided to use a removal company. We are both so glad that we did! A true family-run business, from the start Rosie was great in helping us to organise exactly what we needed, even when plans changed along the way. We provided videos of our property and belongings and the team were able to work out the level of service we required, and also the space that would be necessary for storage. The team were always at the other end of the phone ready to answer any and all questions and both the pre-pack and the move itself went incredibly smoothly. All of this with a smile and at a very competitive price. We would not hesitate to use JonesMoves again and to recommend them to others - thank you!

This is the second time we've used Jones Moves in the last year. Both times have been excellent - very friendly team who work very efficiently and quickly. They've recently moved us from London to Yorkshire and would highly recommend. For the service, it's great value for money.

Absolutely fantastic. Lovely guys, did a throughly professional job. They packed the van perfectly, and there was no damage despite a lot of plants and soft objects. They even managed to get our sofa down some stairs and into a door that we were sure was too small for it. Would 100% recommend to anyone

A comparison site gave me two options for removal services and Rosie was very sweet and helpful in her communications and being as they were local and family run (as well as competitively priced) it was a no brainer to use them. Moving is always stressful, especially when you’re on your own, but the guys made it all very easy coming in and taking away and bringing it all back at the other place. They were friendly and courteous and I'll have no hesitation in using them again.
