Wonderful service from first conversations with Rosie through to the end. The two guys were fast clean and efficient. Nothing too much trouble. I’d recommend 100%. And definitely use again.

Friendly, efficient, honest staff who are proper grafters. The prices were excellent, all services were explained and no hidden charges. A hard working family business we couldn't recommend highly enough, for any job ! Jonesmoves made our big 4 bedroom home move stress free and a real pleasure. Liam and Casey were a dream, and Rosie behind the scenes was on hand 24/7 with a happy and helpful response to every question.

What a team! They took away the moving stress from our hands by being so brilliant at their job. From their office manager to moving team, every member of their firm was really responsive and supportive. They swiftly moved everything and stored them in a very professional manner into their van and they placed all the items into relevant rooms in a manner of minutes! Jonesmoves took the stress away from moving, couldn’t recommend them enough! The whole process was professional and seamless from Rosie organising and responding to queries, to Liam & Casey who were super helpful nothing was too much trouble and they took great care of our belongings.

The team went above and beyond to move some truly heavy and awkward items over garden walls and up narrow staircases, and they never touched a single wall or doorway. I've used big-name fancy moving companies and paid a ton more for much slower and less impressive service. The whole process from booking to moving to picking up the empty boxes was quick and easy, with great communication and flexibility.

Couldn’t recommend Jones Moves more. They worked so hard to get all of our stuff moved - nothing was broken and it’s all been very easy to unpack. We had the packing service too which id highly recommend - they made the entire process absolutely seamless. Thank you so much!

I couldn't speak more highly of Jones Moves. From my initial email requesting a quote, Rosie was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered messages within minutes, regardless of the day or time, and also offered assistance to help when I needed some pre-packing boxes. The crew - especially Liam an Casey - were great. They were on time, fast and efficient. They were careful with all our belongings and kept cool, calm and collected when we experienced some obstacles with the local council and parking suspension. They made me feel comfortable and although I don't plan to move again anytime soon, I would 100% use them again and will also recommend to anyone who is thinking about moving.

Rosie and her team are Theeee Best in my opinion and you can argue amongst yourself if you disagree 😂! Communication, professionalism and speed of their work is exceptional! I have moved twice so far and as long as they are available I won’t use anyone else. 🫶🏾

From start to finish, Jones Moves were brilliant and helped reduce the stress of what was already a very stressful move for me.

Without much notice they were able to fit me in, even though I was moving quite a distance away. Rosie was brilliant from the first time we spoke, so helpful and allayed any worries I had straight away.

The guys on the day were fab - even when my sofa didn't fit out the door they had it dismantled so quickly I didn't even had time to panic!

My whole experience with everyone at Jones Moves was 5 star, I would absolutely recommend to anyone to use them if you are moving.

A very good experience working with a very friendly and experienced team. Rosie answered all of our questions promptly and went above and beyond with scheduling us in. Casey and Liam arrived early at our flat and were extremely helpful and professional, and all of our belongings were handled with care. Will definitely call them again for our next move.

Fantastic service. The best move I’ve ever had. The guys were great and quick. All my belongings arrived safe and secure. They even moved some bits onto the street for me. Then they were brilliant the other end. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Out of all the companies that approached me with a quote, JonesMoves was the cheapest and Rosie was extremely gracious and caring from the start. It was a very smooth move; the guys were extremely professional and well behaved. They even helped me with some additional boxes which weren’t part of the move. All in all, I am extremely pleased that I decided to go with them despite all the choices out there. I wish them all the very best in their business and all the success because they truly deserve it.
