Blown away with the customer service of…
Blown away with the customer service of this company. I was looking for one of their cuddly horse toys that unfortunately they didn’t stock anymore my little one has had the horse for four years and it’s been her comfort toy she literally takes it everywhere with her. And she asked Santa for another one so a panicked mumma sent an email looking for some help. I received a response so quickly and they helped me to source one that night.
The toys are beautifully made and so soft and after four years the horse is still in great condition so clearly stands the test of a young toddler and her adventures.
Would highly recommend these toys and this company to everyone.

I love this company all the cute highland cows so cute. I was also thankfull to be able to join in on there competition,I've got my fingers crossed tight. 10 out of 10 for the product range and the customer service. When I had an issue they were amazing at rectifying it. No complaints at all and my daughter takes her ‘Bow’ (highland cow comforter) everywhere!
