From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Staff extremely helpful

Staff extremely helpful, a good range of natural dog chews that are perfect for Staffies. They are very reasonable value, compared to other stores. Some of them I’ve fancied eating.

Love going in my local store

Love going in my local store. Really calm atmosphere and lovely welcoming staff. Great pet friendly cleaning and household products stocked.
Some things are a tad more expensive than other shops but nothing major really.

Our dog

Our dog, cherry, looked amazing when she came out of the groomers. We were told she had been a really good girl, which always makes us feel proud. Thankyou jollyes

Great selection of natural dog treats

Great customer service from the young man at Widnes store on 7 April 2025 (early afternoon) very pleasant and helpful. Always a pleasure to shop at Jollyes - I normally visit St Helens but was in the Widnes area - great selection of natural dog treats very reasonably priced too - Much better than the other high street pet store for price and customer experience.

I wanted shitzu pouchers 12 per box

I wanted shitzu pouchers 12 per box. Asked staff, one was in a world of her own and the other one just put my shopping through !!!
With no answer to my problem !
I had to go online last time to order from a jolleys site and had to pay postage !
It seemed the staff at Widnes store didn't have a clue what I was asking for !!!
I also had to repeat myself to the younger person who was evidently not listening to my problem the first time, !then I still got no answer !!
Ridiculous !!
Not a happy customer at all
Regards a furious customer !!!
