From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Great pet shop! Needs to be more of them. Always prefer to go there over the other chain pet shop. Much better prices, much better selection of products, better customer service!!

Found what I wanted easily. Got served quite quickly assistant very happy to be there. This is not always the case when I’ve been in there. Assistant who’s covered in tattoos was very rude to me a few weeks ago. Calling me a lier !!

All was good very helpful and professional. I just want to say a big thank you to the vets for actually still having lactose 2 vaccination this was just what my litter of puppies needed thank you

The store holds all the things I need from a pet shop. Good range of foods, treats, bedding, accessories & animals.
All the staff I've interacted with are knowledgeable, friendly & helpful.

Always very knowledgeable and helpful members of staff to help with any advice needed. Highly recommend the waterloovile store to purchase any pets products and valuable advice by staff.
