From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Bad parking arrangements
Bad parking arrangements - prices more than pets at home - less choice than at pets at home - membership card very poor unlike pets at home’s membership card. Sadly I’d score pets at home a 9 and Jolly a 2 out of 10.
Also not keen on being asked to donate to charity at the till as you can’t really refuse and there is no way of knowing for sure if those cans of pet food actually go to the animals or do they simply return to the stock pile anyway it adds another £1+ to the bill. Maybe Jolly’s should be the people donating to charity from their profits.

Good customer service, needs more raw cat food variety
Customer service was great! Could do with a bigger selection of raw food for cats. There was only one option for cats and a lot of options for dogs.

Poor
We were charged 10 pounds for a bag of chicks which cost 1 pound. The woman that came out to help with the refund was rude and not very helpful. The refund has still not been processed.
