From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Where are the staff??
Great range of products, but I didn’t see one member of staff about

Very happy with the service at Jollyes.

Lovely people, very knowledgeable and helpful. Loads of different discouts offered each month so keep your eyes open regularly.

General experience on this visit
Staff helpful , friendly. The small animals and birds for sale had clean cages and water bottles full. The small animals had sufficient dry food to eat but some of the bird dishes only had a little seed left in them and this was past 11.30am in morning on this visit and because birds need continuous access to eat seed , I would have felt better to see more seed in their dishes ( it may be that the dishes hadn’t yet been filled that day yet but it was almost lunch time and I was a little bothered that the dishes had only a little seed in them. Otherwise the shop is a good place to come
