From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Such lovely Staff!
Always such lovely friendly and helpful Staff when we visit. Expert advice, too, when required. Competitive prices for kitten/cat food and treats. I've stopped ordering both from my Supermarket shop online and will now pop in to Jollyes on a regular basis!

The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Can't fault them in any way. Hope the bosses appreciate the great team they have at totton.

The help we received
We needed a prescription dog food, and we understand the reasoning why. Our delivery from another company has let us down, so searching for an alternative close item for a short period of time.
Although all of the staff were working hard, loading the shelves with just delivered stock, but all helped and found a closest alternative, a very big thank you for their kindness.

All the staff were exceptionally welcoming to both myself and my puppy Tilly, and in particular the young lady (I didn't get her name) who helped me locate a couple of items I couldn't find in the shop before cashing me out on the till.
Easy parking was an added bonus. I will be back :-)

Been get our dog food from here for over 10 years staff are very helpful we changed her food which she has now lost weight on the pro plan age 8+control weight but when we went they didn't have it on the shelf so we went this time a different one hills science plan mature adult 7+
