Great staff at the Thetford store, in particular Hayley who always greats us with a smile, very helpful and efficient and she has lovely writing too.

They have a really good range of product that's well priced and the staff are all very friendly and helpful

I visited the Thetford store to purchase a harness for my anxious dog, the staff member who came over to help me was very considerate and sat on the floor with us, helping to find the correct size harness that my dog needed which I really appreciated. Whenever I visit the store the staff are always so friendly and helpful.

I rarely write a review, but I feel Jolleys Thetford deserves a "thumbs up"!! I have started using Jolleys, Thetford more, especially since it's re-vamp & since they stock Katkin, which I've been sampling with my kittens/cat.
I'm Always greeted with a "Hello" & they often have "promotions" & very good "offers" on products I use.
All the staff are helpful & tuned into my requirements, but esp. Ryan (Store Manager), Hayley & Sandra, who particularly helped me with "Katkin" & when I accidently left my mobile phone on their counter just before closing!! (They kept it safe til next day & I could collect!! :-) A huge relief!! ).
Store / Shelves are always well stocked, tidy & there's a wide variety of products. I haven't used their "pet clinic" yet, but seems very organised & clients/pets seem happy.

I’ve found a lot of items that are sold are not actually safe for my pet

Had stocks of weebox cat food in this time. Sometimes they have sold out, which can be frustrating, as we don't live nearby.

Guy who served me was unhelpful, his colleagues would offer me help to the car with my big box and sack of bird food - he didn't bother .
I have been spending a lot of money over the year and never received anything from this Pet club although I always mention it when purchasing. I have phoned the head office three times now and cant get to speak to anyone about it

They had in stock my dog food Chapie wet food I have had trouble getting it lately I spoke to a member of staff last week and she said that they too are having supply issues but to keep popping in as my dog is diabetic and his insulin dose is set up on chappie

Well there’s nothing wrong with the store I found everything I needed , but I really didn’t like the one member of staff who served me was chewing gum , not what I really like to see

All products I required were available in store. I was served by knowledgeable and friendly staff member.
