From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Great store
Always well stocked, friendly staff and reasonable prices.
I routinely go here to stock on our dogs food. It’s not a particularly common brand, so very pleased that this conveniently located store stocks it.
The staff are always lovely. They are helpful and knowledgeable and have helped me out to the car with a large bag of dog food, while I’ve been carrying a stubborn toddler!

Always helpful staff and well equipped store in Telford. Only downside is there might be not enough staff. It would definitely benefit on having one person at the tile and one to help with any enquiries. Maybe I visit during unlucky hours.

I was a little disappointed that the young man behind the till stood and watched me struggle to get the sack of dog food off the shelf and drag it to the till and even after I’d paid there was no offer of help to carry it to the car. There maybe some crazy heath and safety rule that prevents staff from helping, so i didn’t want to ask, but as I am a more mature lady with back problems ( not that this should have made a difference as anyone of any age might struggle) I really could have done with a bit of help and was a little disappointed that none was offered.
Usually i have my son with me so it’s not a problem but on this occasion i was on my own.
