From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. The stuff at my local branch are excellent. Will always go that extra mile cannot praise them enough unfortunately your point system is absolutely appalling. I spend a lot of money monthly and have done for 18 months but cannot retrieve any points that needs to be addressed.

I purchased three bulk items all very heavy, managed two to my car left third on shop floor by till, returned to collect, it had been moved!

Unclear advertising to obtain discount?
Buying dog treats that showed a price tag of 3 for £3.00 but was charged £1.30 for each! Perhaps I needed to buy the same flavour for the discount; if that was the case, it was not clear.

Very helpful
I was looking for a particular type of food for my cat and the staff were very helpful with different choices. I also had problems with finding my discount voucher on my phone and they helped with that too. Great service.

Very helpful staff
A lovely member of staff gave me some invaluable advise for my puppy. She was very knowledgable and her advise turned out to be sound.She helped me decide on food for my puppy as she had a bad tummy with thd food she was on. She now is better.
