Staff are always so friendly. Went in recently to buy treats for my pooch, and Ryan who served me was so helpful and knowledgeable, a huge asset to the company!

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Store visit
I came into store today, nice store good layout just need more choice for pet parrots, the only downside was there was a polite gentleman on the till and I was finishing being served another employee rudely interrupted and said to him you need to sell 25 must sells by tomorrow else you will be called in for a meeting with Diane! Poor lad didn’t know where to put his face! Uncalled for in front of customers embarrassing the poor guy! But just her tone was awful too! Only reason I marked it lower in stars.

Oh don’t bother with the click &…
Oh don’t bother with the click & collect within an hour service! I placed an order , got my order notification . Great I thought I’ll get my confirmation email within the hour as per the website…I waited and waited. After two hrs I went to the store …. Some confusion there … apparently they need to check their system snd send me an email to come and pick up …. So why didn’t they? Why did it take me going to the store for them to realise they had an order needing to fulfill. Wasted my time when I could of been getting on with other things …. Please don’t advertise ready in an hour when it’s not. … this experience was disruptive.

Great service and great price
Been twice both times fantastic customer service and great prices. Same food and supplies as other larger pet stores but significantly cheaper.

Jollyes really are the pet people
Helpful, knowledgeable staff, willing to assist. Fantastic range of products for all pets. It was great to see raw food on offer for cats! Super range of toys and anything else the pet owner might want
