From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Staff always pleasant and informative

Stock issues
No stock of what I wanted. Only visited 3 times and 2 out of the 3 I couldn't get what I wanted. Iams kitten (dry) and time before a mid priced litter box. I have to travel 8 miles to vist so may go back to pets at home where stock is kept up. Staff are nice and helpful though!

Average service from the lady on the till. They did prompt us to donate, but we didn't as I hate pressure sales whether it's charity or not, it does put me off visiting, surely the dogs home stand with visitors is enough!
The lady with fingerless gloves on is brilliant tho, really helpful, friendly and informative but she was not here today.Got my normal items , good value as always, good selection , easy to get my products with my dog.

The staff were friendly and helpful but I’m sorry to hear that you’re no longer stocking ACANA Red Meats dry dog food- it’s absolutely the favourite food of our dog.

Good selection of food and pet and advice. items
Good selection of food and pet items. Staff at Stafford are always exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Ive been using the same staff for advice for over 10 years. Jane and Sue are particularly worth a mention. Nothing is too much trouble and they know so much about the brands. The staff make it for me.
