From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Excellent service
Excellent service. Rang before I went to check stock was in, the assistant was very happy to check for me. Stock was in, went to collect and the staff were very helpful both with the purchase and some questions I had re cost of other things I might buy in the future. Plus the item was £6 cheaper than where I normally buy from

My panel was damaged when it arrived in the post wont be ordering online again but when I went into the stone they were fantastic they give me a replaced for the water bottles

Got all I needed and more
I sorted out what I was going to buy online before so I could take my time over things like comparing lists of ingredients. I then found all the items I needed easily in the store, and then on my way to the till I saw some squeaky toys reduced in price so he got 2 new toys as well. When I got to the cash desk I had to get another item that was on the shelves behind the till and the lady who served me was very friendly.

No longer get the 15% off for being in…
No longer get the 15% off for being in the ‘pet club’
I was told you still have the pet club but no longer have the discount ???
The assistant said the prices have been reduced instead but the food I purchased was exactly the same price as before.
Not really worth the trip out there to purchase raw dog food, may as well just buy local

What changes are you making?
At Jollyes we’re passionate about happy pets for less, we have listened to our customers who have told us our prices are confusing. That’s why we’re reducing over 3,000 prices across the store. Reinvesting the current 10% discount which is offered to PETCLUB customers into lowering the prices for everyone across a broader range of categories helping more customers to save. Therefore the price which you see at the shelf is the price which you pay and we’re lowering so that you get low prices every day.
Why are you making these changes?
We’re constantly reviewing how we ensure that our customers get the best value at Jollyes. We have listened to our customers who have said that our pricing is confusing and they are not sure what price they are going to pay at the till. Therefore removing the additional 10% discount means that we can reinvest that money into lowering the prices of over 3,000 lines across the store and in more categories helping you to save even more at Jollyes.

Friendly staff
Friendly staff, good parking and reasonable prices. Jollyes is my first choice for pet products. Not as competitive on the price of cat food for some reason but Tesco is over the road.
