Great service, friendly staff, loads of choice

The shop itself I loved it, thought it was cheap for alot of things.. the discounts for members etc was good 👍 getting signed up became a problem as the website advertised didn't and wouldn't let me do it properly the woman behind the counter helped and did it for me and made it alot easier but the only big problem I had was the fact when I paid for my item the cashier told me it was declined and asked me to do it again so I did as I left the shop I thought I'd check my bank, turns out she had charged me twice when I explained and shown her my banking app and it had gone through both times she was going to call Manager but I was in a rush so I got the same items I brought in the first place just to save time ... lesson learned always check when paying with card as to some it may only be a little but some that's the difference to feed their kids for a week ....

It was a help that the staff carried the cat litter to the car for me. However if I hadn't needed a pound for the trolley I would have managed myself

Had what needed for my dog.
Also the young girl was very helpful on the till.

I had a much better experience lately than what I had several months back. The lady who served me was polite and didn’t question anything when I purchased rat food and a couple of dog treats and a ham bone for my pooch. Was a much positive experience. Thank you.

Everything I bought was easily found in clean sections of the store, the server had been kind and nice to talk to.

Terrible website terrible ordering and checkout terrible communication and still not been delivered as yet and it’s now day seven also they have now cancelled half the order and can’t make any substitutes wish I had gone to Pets at home now instead .

Excellent product and prices.As now a days pet market where you wish you didn’t had any pets.

I love jollyes great variety and value for money, always get the grain free for my dog, plus get everything else their like parrot food

Our visit on Saturday 28th September went smooth as usual. We found what we wanted and the gentleman on the checkout was very pleasant as always. He asked if we had managed to get what we wanted and if we needed any help to the car. It is always a pleasure visiting the store at Meadowhall Retail Park.

Went in to get some garden bird feed. The lady on the til was super friendly and helpful.

Easy to find products, nice friendly staff

Been looking a for a large sturdy cat scratch post for ages and finally found one. Staff were friendly and signed me up to the pet club so I saved some money on my purchase.
