From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Great opening hours
Great opening hours, bargains and friendly staff. Only niggle is that you've stopped doing the loose food like parrot food, millet, monkey nuts, etc. Why is that? Please bring it back!

I’ve not been in Jolly’s for a number of years, and when I went in again last month, I found the store to be much better, lots more choice, great prices, friendly and very helpful staff, and great prices. Store lovely and clean with plenty of space to move around

Fantastic choice of all things pets and good customer service. Sometimes sadly queues are formed at the only till out of 3 or 4 and no one else jumps on to clear backlog. Just my observation.

Great little store
Great little store, handy on outskirts of Plymouth. Donna especially is always lovely and helpful but her colleagues are also very nice and helpful too.

I think you are a great company but the queing needs to be sorted. When it is busy for another member of staff to join the cashier to help get the queue down quicker.
I have been in a queue with 1 cashier, queue of 8 or more people and 3 other staff filling shelves, they did not acknowledge the queue was long and slow.
