From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Really friendly staff and a really great price compared to private vets.

I popped in to get some cat biscuits…
I popped in to get some cat biscuits and was pleasantly surprised by the experience as I'd taken to having cat food delivered. It's good to go into a store in -person and view the stock, just have a browse, but also take in the calm and pleasant atmosphere in my local Jollyes.

Everything I needed was in stock making it worthwhile going to the store which is several miles away from where I live. Salesman very helpful and polite.

Friendly service
I like the fact that they are open late, as I can’t always get there before 19.00 because of work. Service is always friendly and able to answer any questions on produce(food & treats) and products(toys, bedding & accessories). Food & treats competitively priced, but the harnesses, dog wear etc, a bit over priced compared to online prices. Over all I still prefer shopping at Jollyes and will continue to do so.

Well while the price keeps low they are great. We use them sometimes because they are near to us and the things we buy for our dog a low in price because we are with there pet club but somethings can be a bit over prices but if they keep there price low then they would get a lot more people in there shop.
