I have been meaning to write a review for a while.

I would be in Jolleyes about once a month.

Every single time I’m there, all of the staff go above and beyond to help. Not only are they helpful, but they’re always extremely friendly and knowledgeable with any questions I may have.

One employee in particular, a man with a bald/shaved head and glasses, always goes way above and beyond to help and is always extremely friendly and chatty. Really making the experience that much more personable.

A great store and even better staff.

My review is for the 'dog groomers' at the Newtownabbey store. My daughter took her pup in for a tidy up. She was advised that he was in need of a tight trim which despite the weather was the best solution. The final result was nothing short of diabolical. He has cuts & grazes in 4 separate areas. Under his shoulder, along his belly around his groin and on his testes. His fur is patchy & had he come out of a sheep shearing competition looking like that you would have been angry. The deputy manager was exceptionally helpful and was as shocked as me by the atrocious standard of 'grooming'. I was reimbursed the £45 but I will NEVER take either of my dogs there again. If there was an option for negative stars I would have used it. I think that a 1 star review is exceptionally generous.

I left my 10 month springer mix in for a groom, thought all went well with the cut and he looked great. Got home and he had cuts all around his private bits, was covered in almost a razor burn type rash and just looks to be in pain. Absolutely do not recommend the groomers here. The shop on the other hand couldn’t be any better, the staff in the shop are so incredibly helpful.

Supervisor at till answered all our questions regarding puppy food choice. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Talked us through the loyalty scheme we had just downloaded. Clean, bright store. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Had my two dogs in before Christmas to be washed and groomed my experience was fantastic nick who was the groomer who looked after my dogs was very pleasant and the dogs loved him as he took time to gain their trust and they lived the experience they smelt fabulous when I collected them and they were playing around nick explained everything he done and the experience was well worth the trip would highly recommend nick and jollyes to look after your dogs from start to finish have already booked in again.

Amazing!!! I honestly don’t think I could have found nicer people to be 100% truthful. From trying on harnesses to helping me decide on food for my puppy the staff knew so much about different brands, sizes, and quality everything. It was very informative and great to be able to make a decision on his food based on knowledge rather than adverts on tv. I will go no where else now. Great place
