From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Very helpful in store and giving advice…
Very helpful in store and giving advice but when got home even after saying the girl said could take harness back if it was wrong never got a receipt so now can’t as at till they was too interested on sorting stock and not paying full attention

Staff know their stuff
The shop is great and caters for every budget. The sales assistant was very informative and was able to answer all my questions. Very helpful.

They give you 15% off vouchers when you…
They give you 15% off vouchers when you buy, but when you are buying large bags of dog food that lasts approx 2 months the voucher is no good as it expires before you need your next bag, in the past they would always honour it but yesterday the guy wouldn't honour the voucher and was very rude to deal with, also bought a heavy duty ball for £20 that lasted less than a minute before it burst, not heavy duty at all.

Please note that you have been correctly advised that the Terms & Conditions of our 15% offer, are that a customer must spend in-store each month in order to receive a 15% offer voucher to use in-store the following month.
If a customer does not spend in a month, they unfortunately would not receive a voucher to use the following month.
