From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Friendly and helpful staff and great prices
I buy raw dog food from Jollyes every week. The staff are always friendly and helpful and make a great fuss of my dog who accompanies me in the hope he will get a treat. To his great delight the staff never fail to offer him a tasty morsel or two. The petclub vouchers and discounts also save me a good amount on my purchases.

Excellent service!
I came in looking for a bird cage at jolleys in keighley, I spoke to Lewis in the morning, who was really helpful and nice over the phone and then later was helped by Amy who did everything she could to show me the cage to make sure I was happy with it before paying, was helpful, kind and very keen to help, her service was amazing and I really appreciate the help. Both staff members were absolutely great and I’m really happy with my purchase!

After a very bad experience at pets at…
After a very bad experience at pets at home I walked along the road to Jollyes. As I walked in the store I was greeted by a smile. Wow!! It got better. I found the staff friendly, helpful & courteous, something that is very important to me. I was quickly served with the items I requested & they were price matched to pets at home.
