From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Was there to see the vet for puppies…
Was there to see the vet for puppies second injection. The staff were lovely and fussing over our dog. We bought some tripe and ether lady gave him a treat. Good experience

Lewis at the Keighley branch, always remembers me 🥰
I have been a regular customer for years now, and have used several stores around West Yorkshire on my travels to and from work.
My most favourite store is in my home town of Keighley. We have the best staff, and always have had in my humble opinion and in particular, Lewis! He is such a helpful, charming individual who always has a friendly smile and kind word to say. Lewis really is an asset to the store and always makes our visit a pleasant experience.
I popped in today for the first time in a while and was met with genuine concern regarding my wellbeing. What an absolute gem he is! Lewis leads the way for other staff members and sets a perfect example of how customer service should be ❤️
