Local Jollyes is very handy. They have started stocking more natural treats for dogs which is brilliant - they need to get rid of the rawhide though and expand their frozen food section.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. I travel further to get to Jollyes than my local pet store but the price difference is huge. Recommend this store every time!

Jollyes HW Have Customer Service On-Point
The staff at Jollyes High Wycombe are so pleasant, friendly and helpful each time I go in. Makes the whole experience great and I can only imagine it drives more business for the branch.

Good
The staff is always helpful and friendly at the Wycombe branch and I find Jollies to be generally more sensibly priced than others with a decent range of items. Their own food brand is great.

Poor stock of the food I needed
I’m only giving 3 stars this time as I had ordered online only to receive an email the next day to say the food is out of stock and I’ll get a refund.
I wasn’t believing low stock of Lifestage wet dog food so of I trot to the the store and there was only 1 multipack in stock. I did ask the guy what the issue was he didn’t know.
So sadly on this occasion I will only give 3 stars but hopefully next time there will be no issues and I’ll happily give 5 stars.

Sort out the pet club.
As normal the paw prints don't appear in my account even though I've spent over £10 and scanned my account at checkout. Customer services are unbelievably useless in the email exchanges.
The previous apps were useless too.
I'm fed up of discussing this with staff in store, even though my purchase does appear in my account no paw prints do so I miss out on vouchers and all offers
