From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. A hidden gem - the best advice and price in town!
What a great discovery - a hidden gem and great value too! Really good advice from the team in Harrogate store (on the retail park just next to Morrisons). They really helped me decide what essentials I need to welcome my new puppy to our home. I’ll definitely be going back!

Harrogate store a disappointment
Last time I visited, I had 3 things on my shopping list from the website, Harrogate had none in stock and the staff were all huddled together near the checkout, even though there were only 3 customers in store. This time, wasn’t great either as no stock of 1 item (out of 2) and the offer price not on the shelf only full price until I asked. Parking isn’t clear either

Bella's wash and nails clips for Xmas
Bella is always made welcome in your store by all the staff, but the main complement goes to the groomer, I'm sorry I did not catch name, but she make Bella at home and go above and beyond what you would normally expect. Can't rate the store and staff anyhigher.
A must vistis for any dog owner.
