Love going to jolleys, friendly and helpful staff, the staff take time to talk about our pets and they like to see our pictures of the pets.... go in twice a week...

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. A brilliant and enchanting pet shop to make your dog excited
It was my first experience and loved the shop so much I went over budget and spoilt Freda my 2 year old puppy!!

Always a pleasure shopping in…
Always a pleasure shopping in Jollyes...such a good range of petrol food, and I do buy both cat and dog food. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable... wouldn't go anywhere else for my pets 👍🐱🐕

Didn't have the dog food I usually get
Didn't have the dog food I usually get. Normally get lifestage salmon and trout but only mega bags available. This not the first time either had to get something different

Excellent friendly service
Excellent service with friendly assistant taking time to offer treat to my dog and show me what and where treats were when my dog showed a great [pleasure in them, especially after being offered seconds ! :)

Bought Jolleys own brand for my old…
Bought Jolleys own brand for my old Chihuahua, wheat free lamb one, because I was assured of money back if she doesn't like it.
She is eating it atm. Not enthusiastically, but, slowly.

I was in and out within 5 mins
I was in and out within 5. Mins thanks for the help by the young man who took me to the peanut sacks, carried them to the till and then helped carry 2 sacks to my car.
