From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Always like popping in the store in…
Always like popping in the store in Harlow although very sad to see your no longer selling birds , we bought our Canary’s from the Harlow store and they are doing very well .

Jollies the pet people
Found lots of new different bird toys for my budgies to play with and chew. Some of the toys and treats were on offer of 3 for 2, cashier was very helpful in helping me to sort out the 3 for 2 items and what I needed more of.

I bought a £109.99 pop up crate for my puppy. I got it home to set up, I opened it and the furry base was covered in long dog hair and urine stains.

I am confused by all the "friendly…
I am confused by all the "friendly staff" comments as today was my 2nd time visiting the store, and the staff were actually "unfriendly"!!
The 1st time, I visited, was a year ago when I 1st got my puppy. I received the same cold reception then and therefore decided not to return. I needed a product today and I was next door, I popped in. I approached 2 members of staff who were talking to each other, and patiently waited for them to stop talking, which wasn't the problem, but then once they finished and seeing me standing there waiting, they just walked off!!! I then had to approach them again!! I then asked for advice about the required product and it felt like I was a nuisance asking!!! I won't be returning again!

It has good prices and selections of products overall but it happened more than once that when you go to the till you find a different price, so price tags are not always accurate

There was a lovely lady on the till. Whenever I have been in the store before I got the feeling the young assistants didn’t want to be there and I was a nuisance; but this lady smiled and was so helpful and I left the store with a smile on my face.

Great find!!!
I got some great clothes for my little dog. Other stores don’t stock very small clothes. They even had stuff too small for him! Loads of choice with food, toys, treats and everything you need in one shop. This will be my local from now on.
