From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Took My cat to the pet clinic within store to have the yearly booster jabs.
Very kind and attentive staff.
Store is well laid out and clean.
Has most everything you will need for your pets.
Vet was caring and asked questions about my pet.
Would definately reccomend.

Great staff!!
Staff always helpful, great sense of humor (need it with some of the customers), give good advice and always seem to be happy.
ps ( need some tubs for the pick and mix bird feed, never seem to have any!! if the bags burst in the car it makes a damn mess, know what I mean?)

Excellent pet store
Found every thing I needed at Jollyes ,well laid out store where every thing could be located easily , good prices , staff very friendly and eager to help , the young man on the till was so helpful a credit to Jollyes staff training .

I am long time customer who buy plenty dog food. I have to big dogs
I am a pet club member as well so in every purchase I was getting 15% off but from the time when you are new owner this helpful discount has been closed
