From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. The 2 members of staff that looked after me were excellent. went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for my visit.
I am disappointed that the range of reptile stock has been shattered to non existent and will prevent me from shopping there again. but that cant be taken away from the amazing staff that work tirelessly to keep the business running perfectly.

Young lad was lovely, friendly, smiley and really great customer service. The woman on the other hand was unbelievably rude, telling me to hurry up as she still needs to close both tills down and tutting at us. Genuinely made us feel unwelcome

I had good experience in this store as we were getting our first two kittens and they were very helpful to us

Polite
Polite, approachable staff. I was waiting for a till and an assistant immediately opened the other till for me. Gentle upselling - looked to find the flavour of food that my cat would eat. I was only going to buy 1, then 2 and ended up with 4 for the price of 3! So well done.(and my cat likes the food, so I will be back for more!)

When your pooch knows his route to get his treats
My dog knows the route to get to his favourite store.
Once he has surveyed the store and we are purchasing the goods, he will wait to be rewarded with a treat.
He and ourselves loved going there.
Staff are the friendliest people.
