From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Waiting around for staff
No body at the till serving had to wait a while. Also don't get the discount card anymore.

I go to get finch food for my birds. Usually you can help yourself from the bins. This trip, there was only one choice. I had to take the prepacked stuff. There used to be a selection but not anymore.

I took my cat for her vaccination
I took my cat for her vaccination. I was surprised to see the breeder in front of me had two trollies with 20 pups for vaccination. 30 minutes after my appointment time only one pup had been done. I didn't wait. It doesn't seem fair that one appointment can be booked for 20 dogs when it's obvious they couldn't all be seen in the appointment slot. Be fairier to have a maximum number of animals per slot.

Gabriel at the Doncaster store is fabulous ! First time owners of our cockapoo Ralph . We had lots of questions and he helped us no end . So helpful, knowledgeable, friendly nothing too much trouble . Lots of choice and it makes it such a positive and lovely environment to shop . Won’t shop anywhere else from now on . All the staff are great thanks so much 👍🏼🐶
