From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Great Customer Service
I was approached by a staff member to ask if I needed any help. I wanted to ask about changing my dogs to raw food. Dylan was extremely helpful and spent some time going through different options and explained the benefits of raw food for the dogs. Dylan was very knowledgeable and patient and I left feeling confident in trying the dogs on a new food. Thanks for the excellent above and beyond customer service Dylan!!

Fast and efficient service
Fast and efficient service. I didn't have to wait at all as a staff member asked if he could help straight away. I needed flea treatment for 2 dogs. He asked a few questions about my pets and gave me options for the best treatment. Friendly and extremely helpful.
