From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Went to Conswater store last minute for…
Went to Conswater store last minute for cat food at 10 to 6 ,as I walked down isle to get my usual purchase I was abruptly approached by a female staff member telling me to go the checkout - before I even reached the cat food . I got my food and left at 5 to 6 when they locked the doors ,another person approached the door and was refused entry. The tone of the staff member has certainly convinced me to shop elsewhere.

Had an appointment for vaccines but had to wait 30 mins for 7 walk-ins to be done. They should have took me between dogs since I had an appointment

The staff in your connswater store need…
The staff in your connswater store need more training, first time I went in the girl served me the wrong stuff, it as well I googled it when I got home. Went back to change it the guy really didn't know what he was serving me! I had to stand the read the box myself before I could purchase it. I wouldn't have minded the the product was behind the counter and the customers behind where getting annoyed because It was taking so long for me to get served.

The member of staff that assisted me was not only polite and helpful but she was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. She set up my advantage membership and explained that she was qualified to help me obtain combined flea and tick treatment that I thought I could only purchase at the vets. She even helped me carry my purchases to my vehicle as I am disabled.

Very informative
Visited to purchase dog food for my golden doodle and was wanting to change brand to something more hypoallergenic due to get sensitive skin. Also looked at buying her a new bed. The female staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly and took time to assist me with any queries I had.
