Very fresh chew for dogs,great size although I hacksaw the cone end socket off ,as it is hard to break down and can be hard to swallow & digest.At £1 each it is ideal for medium/large dog.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Awful service
No notification order was ready for pickup.
Had to go to store to find out if the order was ready.
Tried to phone store several times to enquire about my order but had no reply each time I phoned.
The bag of food has a best before date for August and purchased on 14th July.
A week later I receive a phone call to say my order was ready for pick up.
The website is horrible and not very user friendly.
Overall highly unlikely I will use Jollyes unless its an emergency.

Since the pet club has changed it’s not so good ! On -line ordering stuff is hopeless .. I buy my dig a black lab the dry biscuits from the mixed barrels .. went in other week to Clydebank Store ( my local ) to get them & All barrels have been taken Away !!! Have started to go to Pers at Home now to get them , offers aren’t as good now either . The only thing I really buy now from Jolleys is Lifestage Senior Low Calorie !

Great Store Poor APP
Shop was great well presented clean and super friendly and helpful staff, love the new range of natural treats with cheaper prices than before, however the pet club app really isn't fit for purpose at this point and really let's the company down.

5 star service
Have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, never more so than tonight when I turned up 2 minutes before closing time. Some places might have refused to serve me but not the kind staff in Jolleys. I highly recommend this store.

As always staff are lovely and so helpful, don't follow you round the shop, unless they want to talk to the dog. Prices are really reasonable for dog food and often great offers

Jollies well organised and great layout.
Had a great shop at Jollyes, first time there. Very impressed how organised and the layout was very easy to shop. The staff was very helpful with my questions and took the time to help me, all in all great experience. Felt that I got good value for my money compared to other competitors.o

Dogtastic
Haven’t been in for a while and wow what a surprise I got. The prices are much lower than any other pet supplier or supermarket and there is loads of bargains at £1 and under. Karen, the supervisor served me and was exceptionally nice. Signed me up for a club card to make savings. She put me at ease as there was people waiting and I can get anxious. I have a dog and cats and saved so much money. Won’t be shopping anywhere else from now on
