From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Excellent customer service, answered any and all questions I had and helped me get my cats booked in for their vaccinations quickly.

I appreciate the help that the staff give me
help from the staff to get the heavy food bags of the shelf and on to the trolley then helped me to the car and to put the bags in to the boot, thank you this helps me so much as I have artharitus and can't lift them thankyou

New to Jollyes - Now a long term customer
Im fairly new to shopping at Jollyes
but I have to say they are great - At least at the Chester Store.
Ive only bought food and flea drops for our cat.
The staff are extremely friendly and Knowledgeable
Would recommend.
I would say is was a better experience than the other well know pet place if I'm honest.

Cat Vaccination
I brought my cat to have his booster injection. The whole experience was fantastic, the vet and the other 2 colleagues were friendly, chatty, happy and it just made the visit really easy. So much so I've been recommending you to everyone I know with a pet. Just for personal context this was £35 cheaper than my actual vets charge.

Great selection on raw…
Great selection and great prices on raw food.
Staff are a lot irritating though. Over the top and not knowledgeable about things they should be if they are selling products

Bird food etc
Staff great, products and prices good. Need to have live fish for sale. Only problem was no record of being a member although I had registered a few days before on my first visit there, so had to re-register.

Great knowledgeable staff
May, the staff member who served me was able to show me where products were and tell me what was available for something I wanted to think about. She explained the rewards scheme and got me signed up quickly. Gave me some free cat food samples and was knowledgeable about what products the store held and alternative options.
