From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Excellent selection of dog food and accessories, but the staff were excellent, very helpful, polite and friendly.

Had all the items I wanted today
Had all the items I wanted today. 2 dogs, 2 cats and a rabbit all catered for under one roof.
I purchased the wrong size halti face harness last month and took it back to exchange for a smaller size which was straight forward even after a big period of time.

The products are decent and the prices are okay. But, what makes my shopping experience fantastic at jolleys, and the reason I continue to go back, is the staff. Always very helpful, polite, pleasant, and a pleasure to interact with. Particularly the guys at the blyth store, always spot on. Not like the moany faced woman I always end up being served by at pets at home at all.

Help with heavy bag
I have 2 big Spinone dogs so have to buy the big bags that are very heavy ,but I'm pleased to say that when I go into the shop and ask.if anyone could.get.a bag of my dog food they go and get it for me then put it into my car for me ,don't get much better service than that
