The vet is very polite and so good with animals only thing that let's this service down is trying to jion the pet club it's glitchy and won't allow it.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Pet experience
The staff were brilliant, polite and helpful. The store was immaculate and well set out, and well stocked. I will definitely shop here again.

Very helpful
We went in for a coat for kobe ( our pug) who is an odd shape compared to other dogs. Coats are either very long or not wide enough around the neck. As a male dog, there's another problem. His winky. He wee's on the bottom if the coat. As I said, odd shape. One of the staff was very helpful indeed in helping us choose the right one for him.
One happy pug and two happy dog parents ❤️
