looking for a dog coat - assistant very pleasant and helpful. Tried several coats till we found the right one - most importantly really cared about my dog - kept chatting to him and stroking his ears

AVOID THIS COMPANY, It's unacceptable to call and cancel, only one single staff member to groom she said, they are not interested in getting business. No customer service at all, will make sure that everyone I know is aware of the way this people deal with their customers, they can't be trusted. Had a grooming booked for my Cocker…
Had a grooming booked for my Cocker Spaniel for today at 09:00, booked about 4 weeks ago and at 08:20 my wife gets a phone call cancelling to appointment.....
What a bunch of irresponsible people, will never use again and will ensure that I give a bad review to everyone I know that uses it or asks about it.
