Staff are always interested in you and your pet. Helpful in giving advice. Our dog was ill and Holly pointed us to Lifestage grain free food and Bonnie eats this no problem and hasn’t been ill since.... Vis mer

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Helpful experience
I hate shopping and the staff member in Bangor today was so helpful and gave good advice. He helped make the purchase so easy and even carried the crate out to my car. Will defo return when I need anything for my pets. Thank you.

10 out of 10 stars for Drew
I wish I could give 10 stars for Drew who helped me yesterday with finding the right cage for my 2 GCCs. I went in thinking that Jolleys wouldn't have what I wanted or needed and walked away with the most incredible flight cage for my boys. Drew was friendly, helpful, funny and didn't hesitate to go the extra mile for us. The cage was partly assembled and he helped us gather all the pieces together in a way that nothing would get lost and helped us pack it up in our already overloaded car. 1000 thank yous Drew! My birds will now have their best lives!
