Staff are always interested in you and your pet. Helpful in giving advice. Our dog was ill and Holly pointed us to Lifestage grain free food and Bonnie eats this no problem and hasn’t been ill since.... Vis mer

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Ticket for the dog food I was buying…
Ticket for the dog food I was buying clearly displayed in yellow stated £54 because there was 10% off. I proceeded to the till, the scanner showed £60 so I paid without hesitation. I went back to the location I had lifted the food and the yellow ticket was still there. I went back to the till and the young employee John said it’s definitely £60. He went to look at the ticket and said it wasn’t there and produced a white ticket. I’m 100% confident that I am correct. I asked for a manager only to be told he was too busy to speak to anyone. Terrible customer service and extremely dishonest. John had clearly removed the yellow ticket. If it was a mistake and wasn’t ment to be there I would have accepted this but to be told I was incorrect when I checked twice isn’t acceptable. There is CCTV in each aisle. It will show him removing the ticket.

Reptile food
All of the available locust boxes (reptile food) were being sold gull price despite half of them being dead!!

Placed order when stock was there but then they said no stock
I placed an order when it said low stock (not no stock) I wanted to reserve the food until I could get there later. They took my money then messaged hours later saying they don’t have the stock! Maybe if they had took the food off the shelves when I ordered (just like how quick they take the money! so now I have to wait for a refund and go pay again somewhere else for the food!

Very helpful staff member
I had just got a new puppy and went to jollyes to buy a few items and check out puppy food. I mentioned to a staff member about such a wide variety of puppy food and she took time to explain the various types and their pros and cons. She was very helpful and I'm sorry but I've forgotten her name.
