From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Be smart…. Shop Jolleys
Always enjoy my trips to Jolleys not just to buy my pet essentials but I love the smell as soon as you walk in (and so does my daughter). I save a small fortune on every trip rather than just buying pet food from my local supermarkets. Having both a dog and cats there are always plenty to choose from and being part of the pet club is also a massive bonus.
The workers are always very helpful and chatty. If I had one a little more local to me I’d be in every week getting treats and toys.

I love the store
I love the store, but there is not much products for cats, empty shelves. It is like in pets at home now, expensive and empty shelves. I stopped shopping in Pets at Home for that reason. Prices are so high i rather to buy online on subscribe and save cos its cheaper. I was disappointed on my visit. I really
hope the store will improve soon.

Great company but need more friendly staff
Always good value great range of items for all sorts of pets
Just one issue to raise staff member on this occasion was called to till as a other member was going in their break
They came to till definitely not wanting to be there and this was reflected in the level of service we received. Non engaging very unfriendly almost to the point of being rude . Normally staff are the complete opposite but ust wanted to highlight this one occasion
