I started with Queen RX a few days ago. I had some simple questions. I wasn’t sure how to read the needles although the instructions were included. I wanted to be sure. I text the customer service someone got back to me within a hour. It reassured me and they said they anything you need we are here. I consider this excellent service. Very responsive and professional. I had some questions about dose and timing, and I got answers promptly and appropriately. The materials and medication came quickly and was very well packed. This is clearly my best option to get the extra weight off. My insurance deductible is higher than the total cost of this option, and this option is much more convenient. I still have access to their doctor if I have more questions. The injections are easier than the daily pill. The needle is extremely small.

My order was processed and delivered quickly. I'm glad that I went with QueenRX, my shipment came within a week everything was explained on the label as far as how much to inject and how often that was very nice which I went through other companies before and they didn't do all of that and when I went and got my refill that came within a week as well I was expecting to be delayed I thought I was going to be without injections for a couple of weeks but nope you guys made sure that I got it on time and I really appreciate that that means a lot to me and I feel like I'm valued as a customer which you can't find that in most places nowadays. Dealing with customer service a little they answer all questions pretty well. Very helpful, and the delivery was faster than expected. Would definitely recommend. I'll review again if they ever become unsatisfactory, but I'm very hopeful so far!
