I've had zero issues and I appreciate that it can help with my credit score! I hope they open it up to non-college students soon, I think this is a wonderful idea.

Fizz ended support for iOS < 16. This card targets college students, the majority of us cannot afford to buy a new phone as soon as Apple drops mainline support. Apple currently still provides security updates so the fact that they require iOS 16 or greater is inane. They lack insight in how their targeted user base operates which is concerning.

I received a very misleading email for an UBER promotion saying I would get 5X points for any purchase made with UBER. I made a purchase on the same day, and I received no points. After following up with an employee, I was told that the promotion had expired. That means you sent an email notifying me that there was a promotion for half a day. This is strange and I would appreciate earlier emails if they are to be sent at all.

Very helpful and friendly support staff, and definitely a useful card to have for surprise expenses.

Overall using Fizz has been very positive and would recommend it to my friends if they are looking for something like this. The app is straightforward and easy to use. It is easy to understand what my payment will be and what it is being applied too. Also like the feature that purchases and payments are on two separate tabs. Keeps things clean and easy to understand. Every month you can select a new category of purchase to get points in and it’s nice that you can just keep selecting the same category each month. That is my favorite part. Everything with Fizz is transparent as it gets and very easy to use. They put great care in designing the app. It works very well. It is also fast to load and login to.

Fizz is a fantastic option for budget-conscious students like me. It's a responsible way to build credit, save some cash, and feel secure. My biggest gripe is that sometimes my purchases get weirdly categorized, like groceries turning into "dining" and missing out on that sweet sweet cash back.

Helping keep my payment on time and not having to stress about another payment to make on time!

Fizz has given me a way to build my credit without diving even deeper in debt by getting a pre-paid card. I think credit is an awful system, but if I have to use it I’m not going to pay for the right to build it. Fizz has catered to my needs.

I wish it were easier to make manual payments. Manual payments for dummies like me, I mean.

Easy to understand interface and design. I don’t have a problem with the app itself and it all works as advertised. I have been using it for half a year now and I still don’t have a credit score but I’m not worried about that it still helps in building good habits and i’m sure I’ll receive a score later.

I love the Fizz card and application, it is a really great way to not only build credit, but do so responsibly. Certainly a recommend to people who would like to build credit responsibly.

I'm new to the world of regularly using a credit card month to month So this is my practice card. So far I like it.

The only things I don't like as much are setting categories, paying them off at the end of the day, lack of reminder notifications from fizz.

I have a grocery store that I shop at and it always gets marked as food and restaurants instead of groceries. So if you have the strange sounding grocery store, it's going to get marked as food and restaurants instead on your 3x bonus select food and restaurants.

I am forgetful on if I have enough money in an account. I don't get notifications and I skim them like every 2 weeks. So if I miss a payment I won't know for until I check my email.

Last thing is I wish I could pay them sooner than the end of the day cuz I've had times where I just completely forget about the fizz payment that I made earlier that day. My days meld together cuz everyone else's night is my day and my day is their nights.

Other than the system and my system being confused on my purchases I think it's a great upcoming service that is currently in the potential phase and will move on to the fantastic phase.
