Never delivered my physical card. Customer service never followed through on promises. I paid a whopping $120 membership fee. Virtual card did not work. When I cancelled, I was informed that I would receive no refund at all! I think that there are far better alternatives to this expensive app. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Aren't clear on what you're signing up for, turn autopay back on, they say no fees but there are, won't let you make payments without paying in full, add rules on to promotions that did not previously exist. Screw this institution

I love receiving notifications on Fizz to make payments on my bills. It’s an easy platform to use and I have been knocking out my bills quickly through this app.

This company a fraud. They scam you. They don’t even report to the credit bureau as promised.

Fizz cam in handle when I needed the extra funding and it helps you earn points. I think this will be a really good app to help when people are in a bind.

This company put me in overdraft next time I need to read the fine print huh.
Thought it was a payday advance when it says that when you click on it and nope it’s a big rip off won’t ever use it again not in case of emergency

One day I received an email stating I owed them $35+ by Dec 24. Then the next day it was over $200 I owed them by the same date. I wrote them and said I wouldn’t be able to pay the $200, could I get an extension or payments. They said no. They don’t do that. I pay what they say I owe or FACE LEGAL ACTION. Then I got an email stating I owed them $160+. This company is ridiculous, and I do not recommend them for ANYONE.

They freeze your card and then just take money out of your account so you have a balance to spend! Which can’t spend it because they freeze your card. And DO NOT connect it to any accounts like Prime or uber eats.. etc… cause fizz is the first thing they’ll bill and if you’re a dollar short, they will decline your card and then freeze it. Fizz has $200 in my money and I I can’t spend it because they have frozen my card!!

I am extremely frustrated with this app. A charge of $200 was applied to my account without proper explanation. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and request an immediate resolution.

This company took money out of my checking account without permission. I never gave fizz my checking account number, nor applied for an account with them!!!! This company sucks big time! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! That's why there is nothing but a bot to answer questions. However, there are no answers for my questions.......I'm totally pi$$ed!!!!!!

When I was in a tight spot, I came upon Fizz, very easy and helpful. One thing I didn’t like was with the credit card. You couldn’t use it after using it once until paid off the one purchase. Other than that this app helped me.

A one of a kind app, a needle in a haystack. I say that because most of these financial apps that you see on the App Store always seem so good to be true and in fact that is the case sadly but there’s one app I found called FIZZ… This app is one of a kind because this app actually builds your credit saves you money teaches you and almost forces you to save it and budget and having that sort of discipline deal within the app you can’t just go around spending whatever you want, but fizz also teaches you. They have an amazing interface with accurate information and they are incredibly fast at responding incredibly kind and they will work with you. Their customer service is not just some random chat, but that takes three hours to respond. They are diligent and I think this card which is in fact a debit card which is even better because I already have two credit cards and this boosted my credit by 30 points in the past two months. So that’s all I can say is that FIZZ is indeed the needle in the haystack.
